- HOW CAN I ENSURE THAT I ORDER THE CORRECT SIZE?

We know it's confusing at times to determine your correct size, due to the variety of brands and makes available. But we have you covered when it comes to our shoes, simply follow the steps in our easy to read Size Guide. Clothing size charts can be viewed on the products page! If you have any confusion please do not hesitate to contact us at contact@neo-geishax.com.au, we are more than happy to help!

- WHAT'S YOUR EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY?


Every product dispatched from the Neo-Geisha X headquarters is always quality checked
to ensure you always get the correct item at the very best quality. Our customers always get what they pay for!

We will exchange or provide a refund, provided that the merchandise is returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed and with tags) within 7 days of receipt of your order.

  • ALL Shoes & Footwear: Footwear exchange/refunds must be returned in unworn new condition within 7 days of receiving your order. Do not attempt to return "Worn Footwear". Any merchandise determined to be worn will not be refunded or exchanged.

  • ALL Clothing (Corsets,Tops, T-Shirts, Jumpers, Dresses, Skirts, Pants) & Handbags: We will not accept any returns if the items have been worn. The item must be returned in perfect condition, unwashed and with the swing tag still attached.
    Anime/Collectable Figurines, DVD'S/Game's, Plush Toys/Pillows: We will not accept any returns on items that have been opened. All items must come back to us the way they were sent, in perfect and clean packaging.

  • Lingerie, Costumes, Hosiery, Hair Dye, Wigs, Glam Strips, Lashes, Nail Polish and Make-Up/Cosmetics: No Refunds or Exchanges, on these products due to Health and Hygiene Reasons.

    If you have purchased an item which is the wrong size and would like to swap for another size or for another item, simply contact us and explain which size you would like to swap it for. We will then arrange for the correct item to be put aside for you through our suppliers. We process the exchange/refund when we receive your item back to our headquarters. Post all exchanged items with a REPLY PAID envelope or package so we can send the correct size back to you (Exchanges for certain brands may incur a fee, to be made via money order or direct deposit, instead of a return postage evelope to cover shipping costs). Return postage is available at customer's expense.

Please contact Neo-Geisha X to organise any returns before sending back items.

All returns and refunds are determined on a case-by-case basis by Neo-Geisha X and can be refused for reasons listed above. Please make sure products are in their original packaging, and come back to us in the condition in which they were received. Contact us at
contact@neo-geishax.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order, if you would like an exchange or refund.

Neo-Geisha X website has a default setting, of AUD (Australian Dollars) and all prices are shown in this currency.

Lay-by is welcome to all customers!
Once you have submitted your order, please let us know in an email to contact@neo-geishax.com.au requesting this payment option. We ask for 30% DEPOSIT on the order total. The order must also be over $80.00. You can choose to pay weekly or fortnightly, over a SIX week period. You can pay by Direct Deposit, Money Order or Credit Card (PayPal). Payment reminders can also be sent by request! Paypal payments will incur an additional (once off) fee, calculated with your deposit total.

When making an online payment, you must provide accurate details (Name and Address) to ensure that your order is processed on time. If these details are not provided, your order may be delayed.Please be sure to check your Junk folder for any emails from Neo-Geisha X.

- I RECIEVED A GIFT CERTIFICATE/ VOUCHER OR COUPON, HOW DO I REDEEM IT?

(A Neo-Geisha X Voucher/Coupon/Gift Certificate will include a code number)

1) Choose the product's you wish to purchase (provided they follow the the rules stated on the particular voucher/coupon/gift certificate)
2) Proceed to the shopping basket checkout by clicking "View Basket" at the bottom of the screen
3) Enter the code in the space provided to the right of the screen
4) Click "Apply Changes" located to the left of the screen (this will calculate the appropriate price, and be shown in the "Basket Total")
5) Click "Checkout" to proceed through the rest of the purchasing proces

Please note :

- Shipping costs will not be covered by a coupon/certificate/voucher. All shipping costs are stated in the shipping section.
- You cannot use your voucher OR coupon to purchase any item available for pre-order, the item(s) must be in stock and not stated in item description as a pre-order item.
If you hold a Gift Certificate you are able to purchase pre-order items.

- HOW DO I REDEEM A GIFT CERTIFICATE FROM A CERTAIN SUPPLIER?


Fill the shopping basket with product's from the particular supplier (that is written on the gift certificate) ONLY.

 
Each gift certificate will include a code written on the front or back. Follow the steps above to redeem your prize.
